Terms of service

By consenting to D.A.W.G’s SMS marketing at checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (such as order updates, abandoned cart reminders), promotional text offers, and transactional messages (including review requests) from us—even if your mobile number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call list. Message frequency may vary. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided in the message. You understand and agree that the primary method for opting out of our SMS program is to reply with keywords like “STOP,” “END,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “CANCEL,” or “QUIT”, or to use the unsubscribe link. We will also honor clear requests to opt out, including phrases like “please opt me out.” We do not charge for this service, but message and data rates may apply from your carrier.

For help, reply with HELP to the number you received the message from. You can also contact us at dduenas720@gmail.com or visit our contact page at https://www.dawg4l.com/pages/contact for more information.

We may change the number or short code used to send SMS at any time. If you send a message to an old number (including STOP or HELP), we might not receive it and won’t be responsible for honoring those requests.

To the extent allowed by law, you agree we’re not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages, or any actions you take based on those messages.

Your privacy matters. See our full Privacy Policy here: https://www.dawg4l.com/pages/privacy-policy

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver Agreement

1. Arbitration:

By using or purchasing from D.A.W.G, you agree that any dispute or claim related to:

  • These Terms or any breach of them

  • Your access or use of our website or services

  • Any violation of federal, state, or local law

…will be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.

Arbitration means a neutral arbitrator—not a judge or jury—will decide the outcome. The arbitrator must issue a written decision with findings of fact and law. They cannot make legal errors, and the award can be reviewed by a court. Each party pays their own legal fees unless the law says otherwise.

1.1 Arbitration Procedure:

  • One arbitrator

  • Location: Los Angeles County, California, USA (or remote)

  • Governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) and California law

  • If FAA doesn’t apply, New York arbitration laws will be used

  • Any questions about enforceability or fairness of this section will also be handled by the arbitrator

1.2 Opting Out of Arbitration:

You can opt out within 30 days of your first purchase by mailing a written notice to:
📍 1650 Durfee Ave, El Monte, CA, 91733, USA

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Your address

  • A clear statement that you don’t want to resolve disputes through arbitration

We recommend you use a trackable mailing method. Opting out will not affect your relationship with D.A.W.G.

2. Class Action Waiver:

You agree that any claims must be brought individually. You cannot:

  • Be part of a class action

  • Bring claims as a group or representative

  • Combine your case with someone else’s in arbitration

Only a court (not the arbitrator) may decide if this class action waiver is valid or not.
